"Let's take a little trip to Singapore Town, in a Singapore city bus! To see Collyer Quay and Raffles Place, the Esplanade and all of us.."

National Day is coming!!! Went to see the preview @ Marina Bay thanks to Mr Gn for giving me tickets and the rest of the dancers who performed at SYF Opening Ceremony. During the show, I felt a sudden gush of patriotism to Singapore. Serious. However, my sister so kindly said that I was being brainwashed. Oh well.
I feel disappointment however, when I see that the not all the people in Singapore are putting up our National flag. I remember how excited I get in the past, just to put up the flag, always fighting with my sisters to see who would get the honour of doing it. I remember walking past the hdb flats and look in amazement at the rows and rows of Singapore flags, and it was spectacular. Sadly, when I look upon the hdb flats now, less than half of the owners put up the national flag, depriving me of one of simple pleasures however weird it may be.
Anyway, Chanel is love. Doing PW on Chanel is so much fun! This has to credited greatly to my wonderful wonderful team members - mel, yi hoong, tis.
Its one of the bright spots in school life for...
6 WEEKS TO PROMOS!
School's just full of studying, eating and dancing.
I've been credited to being able to choreograph. Haha. That somehow is really hilarious. All I did was some minor thing for the dance for IPerform , WHICH WAS CANCELLED.
Jeez. Segregation between the IP's and Mainstream? What bullshit. I don't think so. IP3 During IP1 and 2, we're 2 years younger. Of course we have to be treated a bit differently. JC life and Secondary life cannot be compared! But I digress. Anyway, close friends of mine in the mainstream do not think there's any segregation. So there.
[this is what I feel, and I am entitled to my own opinion]
Now to the topic I love.
I had wonderful Spaghetti with Pork Chop today, which led to a feeling of nostalgia when I lived in Italy.
And also,
I learned how to make tang yuan from scratch from my grandma!
Now I can make it whenever I feel like eating!
I am in awe of my grandmother, who cooks super well.
My younger sister and my mum just tried to crack an egg by squeezing it. Both came upstairs laughing themselves silly due to their failed attempts. They are just weak. Hahaha. My dad tried it after persuasion from my younger sis and he cracked it! However, the icky 'juices' have splattered all over the kitchen and my dad is currently cleaning them up. Hahaha!
